Assign vehicles/machinery to a coordination

You should perform this action when you have vehicles/machines from your external company that already exist in your organisation and need to be used in that coordination, so the documentation request must be reactivated, if applicable.

Access the coordination editor

In step 4 "Vehicles / Machines", select the vehicle(s)/machine(s) from your company not associated with the coordination that you wish to assign to it.

You can make a bulk selection and assign several at once.

Click on "Associate vehicle/machine".

You will see that the vehicle / machine has moved up from the lower table "External company vehicles/machines not associated with the coordination" to the upper table "External company vehicles/machines associated with the coordination". This means that this vehicle / machine is already participating in the coordination and, therefore, the documentation that applies to it will be requested.

To finish, "go to Coordinations" and you can continue with your day-to-day tasks.
