Aspen Access - Financial Aid 3-Week Access Instructions

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for students to access a 3-week digital trial of Aspen Publishing course materials through the Aspen Access program. It walks users through locating their course, selecting eligible materials, and activating temporary access using the “Awaiting Financial Aid” option.

Before you begin, make sure you have: \ ✅ Logged into an [Aspenpublishing.com](https://Aspenpublishing.com) account with valid **.edu email address** \ ✅ **Verified** your Aspen Publishing account\ ✅ A **course link** from your professor

**1. Navigate to the Aspen Access Program Page** Go to: <https://aspenpublishing.com/pages/aspen-access-program> If your professor provided a direct Aspen Access link, you may start from there.

**2. Locate Your Professor’s Course Page** Use the search bar or click View Course Titles to find your course.

**3.** **Select Your Materials** Click Quick Shop on the relevant Connected eBook or PracticePerfect title.

You **Must** Select the **Digital Only** Version in order to see the Awaiting Financial Aid: 3-Week Access Option

**4. Choose Correct Format and Offer** 1. Select **Connected eBook with Study Center (Digital Only)** 2. Click **Check Eligible Offers For Selected Option** 3. Click **Awaiting Financial Aid: 3-Week Access**

You **Must** Select the **Digital Only** Version in order to see the Awaiting Financial Aid: 3-Week Access Option

### **5. Add to Cart and Checkout** 1. Click **Add Selected Offer to Cart** 2. Click **View Cart** 3. Click **Checkout** ⚠️ **Note:** Access is for **3 weeks** and available **one-time only** per material.
