Navigate to SDE's Single Sign On at [https://sdeweb01.sde.ok.gov/SSO2/Signin.aspx](https://sdeweb01.sde.ok.gov/SSO2/SIgnin.aspx) and log in.

Click on the "Accountability Reporting" application. If you do not have access, please reach out to your superintendent.

Click "I agree." The system may ask you to do this twice.

Navigate to your school site from the main screen.

Click "Student Data"

Click "Students"

Here you can view all students and their demographic information. Any discrepancies should be corrected in the school's student information system first. The following fields must be accurate:\ •State Testing Number (STN)\ •First, Last Name (ensure names are spelled correctly)\ •Birthdate (ensure birthdate is accurate)\ •Grade\ •EL Status/IEP Status/504 Plans\ •Enrollment date/Fullcode Changes should update in AR in 24- 48 hours. If after 48 hours you don't see any updates, please reach out to studentdatainfo@sde.ok.gov.

Braille, Large-Print, or Paper/Pencil Accommodation changes must be properly designated in EdPlan first for these to appear in the Accountability Reporting Application. \ If the Braille, Large-Print, or Paper/Pencil Accommodation is still not showing up after 48 hours, please email accountability@sde.ok.gov. This is the same scenario for removing an accommodation, but it must be done properly in EdPlan first.
