Assign/Unassign Parent Web Access

Select the student you want to edit Parent Account Access for.

Click "Student Profile"

Click "Guardian and Student Account Access"

To manage Parent Portal Access use the Section "Access Keys". \ To make the account active, ensure the checkbox is active. \ These will be the credentials the parent needs in order to link their account to the student when the parent creates their account in Parent Portal. The PS Administrator will need to share these credentials with the parent when creating their account.

You can also edit/add new contact with the button in the bottom right corner.

Alert! If the box is unchecked the parent will not have proper access.

The 'Access ID" & "Access Password" will be what the parent uses to login. Once you have verified all information is accurate. Select submit to save the Parent Access changes.
