Assign Failed Transactions to User in ChromeRiver & Reactivate

Navigate to Chrome River & Login

Click this icon in top left corner

Click "Admin Settings"

Click "Transactions"

Click "Failed Transactions"

Click Check box next to the failed transaction you want to reasign
7
Click multiple failed transactions if you need to reassign to the same user

Click "Assign"

Type in the Users name that you would like to assign these transactions to

Click "Assign"

Notice that the person listed is now the person you selected to reassign these transactions to. Click "Reactivate"
