Assign Requirements (Training) to an Employee

Employees can be assigned a group of requirements through Qualifications. Requirements can also be assigned outside of a Qualification, as a "stand alone" requirement using the steps below.

Alert! Depending on permission settings, users with a Manager or Tenant-Admin roles can assign Requirements (Training) to Employees.

Click "Requirements Log"

Click "Assign Requirements"

Click "Employees" to show the employee list in the drop down.

Select one or more Employees.

Click "Confirm"

The employees you selected will be in the featured in the box. Next, you'll select w requirement(s) to assign to these employees.

Scroll through the Requirements or search by name.

Select one or more requirements.

Click "Confirm"

Click "Save"

To view assigned trainings, Click "Trainings"

Click "Courses and Actions"

Click "Advanced filters"

Click "Status"

Click the "Not Taken" field.

Filter list by status, employee name, or requirement name.

Click "Search"

You can view the list here.

You can also view from the Requirements Log by clicking Feature Settings > Requirements >"Requirements Log"

Click the "Search..." field to search by either employee or requirement.

Click "Banner, Bruce (94)"

Use Advanced Filters to customize the view.
