Assign an Access Pass to a Single User

You must have Admin access to a Group to assign Access Passes. To be given Admin access, contact an existing Account/Group Admin.

Navigate to Group page

Click the "Assign" button next to the user you would like to provide access.

Click the checkbox in an item to select it. If you have available Access Passes for multiple items, such as Digital Curriculum plus Training, you can select multiple items.

Click "Assign Selected"

Note that if you assign multiple Access Passes with matching dates, it does not extend that user's access. A user's access will end on the latest date of their assigned passes. If a user has duplicate passes, you should remove one of them to return it to your pool of available Access Passes.

To extend a user's Digital Curriculum subscription, you need to assign them an Access Pass with a new start/end date. For more information, see the FAQ about renewals.
