Assigning Drivers to Vehicles

**Note:** You can change the driver assigned to a vehicle at any time by following the same steps and selecting the new intended driver.

From inside your portal, click "Fleet" on your dashboard.

Click **Vehicles** from the left-side menu.

On the Vehicles page, locate the vehicle you want to assign to a driver.

Click the three horizontal dots (**...**) on the far right of the vehicle’s row.

Click "Edit" inside the menu that appears.
A panel will open on the right side of the screen, where you can configure the vehicle’s details.

Click on the dropdown of the "Assigned Driver" field.

Use the search bar to find the intended driver by their **name** or **phone number.**
**Note:** The drivers displayed in this list are those added to your workspace.

Select the relevant result from the search results.

Click "Save" to apply your changes.
