Assigning and Sharing Reviews

This guide provides information on how you can an assign a pre-existing review to any students not included in the review. It also provides a guide on how to share reviews or tests with other educators.

Navigate to "**Reviews**"

Assigning Reviews

Select the review you wish to assign by clicking it, then select "**Assign**"

Open up the classrooms of your choice and select the students you wish to assign by clicking the circle next to their names.\ \ Once you've selected all the students, click "**Save**" in the bottom-right and then click "**Yes**" to confirm your selections

Now the review has been assigned to the students you selected

Sharing Reviews to Teachers

Select the review you would like to share with another teacher by clicking on it, then when the button appears, select "**Share**"

Select the teachers you would like to share the review with by clicking the circle next to their name\ \ Once all teachers have been selected, click "**Save**" then confirm the sharing of reviews by clicking "**Yes**"

On the "**Reviews**" module, find the review you have shared, and you are given the option to view who it has been "**Shared by**" and "**Shared with**" by hovering over it
