Attach Documents - Android
This feature is only for SentriKey Showing Service users at the Pro tier or higher.
Add Document(s)

From Showing Service home screen, go to My Listings

Select the listing you want to add documents to.

Tap Attachments

Then Manage Attachments

Now tap Upload.

Your phone's files will come up, pick the appropriate location.

Then select the file you want to upload.

You can now label the file, this is optional.

To add another file, tap Upload again

Then locate the file as you did before

Label the file. All files upload immediately, no need for any additional steps. You can hit the back arrow to go back into your listing settings.
Delete Document(s)

Navigate to your listings and then to Attachments > Manage Attachments. Hit the trash can icon to the right of the document you wish to delete from the listing.

Confirm you want to delete the document

The document is no longer on the listing
Confirmed Appointment in App

Through either the schedule dashboard or the calendar view, find the confirmed appointment. You can see the available documents here. Tap each to download them to your phone. This will then allow you to share them with your client.
