Navigate to [https://safety.vpppa.org/registration/](https://safety.vpppa.org/registration/)

Click the "Register" Button

If you are a VPPPA Member, you'll want to login to receive your member discount. To login, you can click "You are not logged in. Click to log in for streamlined registration and member options" or the "Log In" in the upper right corner. If you are not a VPPPA Member, skip to Step 5.

Click "Login." If you don't remember your password, you can click "Forgot Your Password?" to receive an email to set a new password. Still having trouble logging in? Reach out to our Membership team at [membership@vpppa.org](mailto:membership@vpppa.org) for assistance!

Complete the Registration Contact Information. If you are registering yourself, use your information here. If you are registering on behalf of someone else or a group, use your information here. Registration contacts receive invoices, receipts and other reminders pertaining to the registration. You'll complete attendee information in a different step.

Once all of your Registration Contact information is complete, click "CONTINUE TO ITEMS"

Select the Quantity of the Registration Type you'd like to purchase by clicking "+." Most Registration Types include one attendee, so the number in the Total Column will match the number of attendees you'd like to register. For the Group Discount Registration Type, a single Group Registration includes 10 Attendees, so you'll only need to click the "+" once for a group of 10 attendees.

You can mix and match registrant types as needed. For example, if you're registering 12 total attendees, you could use 1 Group Registration and 2 Attendee Registrations.

Once you have selected the quantity of registrations you'd like to purchase, click "CONTINUE TO ATTENDEES"

This is where you'll input the individual attendee information. Each attendee must have a unique email address. Please do not copy the registration contact email for all attendees.

VPPPA Members can select individuals from their company roster to prepopulate contact information based on your member profile. Don't see the attendee you're looking for? Don't Forget to Scroll down and complete all of the required information for all of your attendees. Your registration will not be completed without all required information. If you are still deciding who will be attending from your company, please use your best estimates to complete registration. VPPPA Members can [edit registrant information later](https://scribehow.com/viewer/Edit_Attendee_Information_and_Make_Substitutions_VPPPA_Members__rTEpKd6IQVKmw65LkFr1pA?referrer=workspace) through their member portal. \*NOTE: Changes that impact the price of the registration cannot be made through the portal, so please select any Add-Ons you'd like during the initial registration process.

Once all required information for all attendees has been completed, click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT"

To pay by Credit Card, click the "Card Number" field.

To create an invoice/ pricing quote, pay by online check, or credit card at a later time, click "Bill Me Later." \*NOTE - If you will be paying by a paper check sent through the mail, please email [registration@vpppa.org](mailto:registration@vpppa.org) when the check has been mailed and what the check number is so we can monitor accordingly.

To proceed, check the "I'm not a robot" box.

To complete your registration, click "Submit Registration." A copy of your confirmation email will be sent to all Attendee email addresses as well as the Registration Contact. If you selected to be billed later, you'll receive a link to online bill pay in the confirmation email. Payments are due before the next registration rate period begins. Registrations with outstanding balances after the registration period deadlines are subject to price increases to the corresponding registration rate. All registrations must be paid in full in order to receive a badge onsite at Safety+.
