The instructions below are referring to the item closing time. Once the item closing time has occurred bidders will no longer be able to bid on these items. If you need the actual auction closing time changed you will need to email your account manager to switch it for you.

Virtual Venue

Click Items > Manage Items

Select the "All" option.

Click the select all checkbox.

Scroll down the page to the batch update area and click the Closing Time box

Select the time you want to close at and click done.

Click Update to save the selection

Legacy

Click "Items"

Click "Manage Items"

Click this dropdown.

Click this checkbox to select all items. Then scroll down to the Batch Update section.

Click the "Closing Time" field.

Select your desired closing date and time.

Click "Update"
