You can track changes at the individual fields, procedure and whole visit level. In the version history window, you can see: - How many versions of an item there are - What the item's content was in each version - When and by whom it was modified - What was the reason for the modification

Go to the trial and click on its name.

Select "Patients"

Select the patient and click on their name to go to the Patient Panel.

Select "Visits"

Open the visit by clicking on its name.
Field-Level Changes

Next to each field you have three dots. Click on it to have more options.

Select "Version history" to see all changes in this particular field.

Click "Close"
Procedure- Level Changes

Click three dots next to the selected procedure.

Select "Version history" to verify changes in this particular procedure.

After veryfing, click "Close"
Visit- Level Changes

If you want to quickly see which fields have been changed, move the slider "Highlight changes".

All fields in which changes have been made will be highlighted in yellow

You can also select the "Clock" icon in the upper right corner of the visit.

Select "Version history"

If you want to see only elements which were changed move the slider "Show changes only".

Only elements with more than one version will be displayed. You can print them if necessary.

Similarly, you can review the version history of all components of the patient’s documentation available in the left-side menu in the Patient panel, for example, Adverse Events, Concomitant medication.

After selecting a tab, you will see a list with elements, click on three dots next to the selected element.
