Auto action will automatically prompt users to take action when they move placements through the shortlist process.

Toggle this switch on to get that going for this specific job.

If you don't want to turn that switch on manually every time you open a job record, you can have it automatically on under Placement Settings. We also have a user group rule that will disable this setting if you don't want it visible at all. Click into Tools & Settings.

Click the Users tab.

Click here

Find the user group you want to disable this for.

Scroll down to the user group privileges. This option here will allow you to disable the switch if checked off.
