Before starting the automation, ensure that you have downloaded the [Google Sheet ](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZLWrB21q4vaAbPsxJx0AeWi9-gcEpF3N_sOkCNbMv6w/edit?usp=sharing)for this automation. This sheet contains the email categories and the prompt sample that the AI will use in crafting the responses for you.\ \ Feel free to edit the categories and responses in a way that matches your requirements.

Check and configure the first module "Watch Emails". Ensure to establish the connection between your email and [Make.com](https://Make.com) first to proceed, and you can achieve this by hitting the "Add" button at the top right corner.

Once your email connection has been established, ensure that it reads "Only Unread Emails" in the criteria.

Change the number of results per run depending on your preference. This is how many emails Make will process for each run of the scenario.

Click "Save".

Click the second module, and establish your connection of OpenAI in [Make.com](https://Make.com) (guide here: <https://apps.make.com/openai-gpt-3>)

Ensure that the prompt section exactly looks like this. If you made changes to the categories in your Google Sheet, make sure you also edit the categories listed in this section to match.

Click "Save".

Click the third module (Google Sheet).

Make sure your Google account is connected. The Google Sheet you have downloaded in step 1 should have been uploaded, then selected in this module.\ \ Then, ensure that the filter "Category" matches what you see below.

Once done, the output should look like this in your email drafts. You can then edit or send the email with one click.\ \ If your formatting doesn't look quite right, change the Content Type in the final Email module to 'Plain Text.'
