Click "Create Automation"

Input the Automation Name.

Select the "Contact created" option for the trigger.

Select the "Add tagging" option for the action.

Select either "Insert New Tag" or "Select Existing Tag" (Example)Select the "Insert New Tag" option.

Insert the Tag Title.

Click "Save Automation"
