BGX - Sign Up with Email as Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

This guide provides a step-by-step process for new users to sign up to the BGX Portal, ensuring a smooth registration experience. By following this guide, users can efficiently navigate through the sign-up steps.

Navigate to www.boldergroup.com/technology

Select either Annual Financial Return Filing or **Economic Substance Portal**, depending on which filing you would like to make, and click *Get Started*.

Before starting, you can change the language at the top right by choosing the desired language. English, Dutch, and Chinese are only available at the moment.\ \ Click on **"click here to signup."** on the bottom of the login screen to begin the process.

Enter your **"Email Address"** to start the process.

Click **"I'm not a robot".**

Click **"Create".**

After you create your account, you will need to Verify your email. Please check your inbox for a **"One-Time Code".**

Copy the code from your email.

Paste the code into "**Verification Code**" and then click "**Verify code**".

Please complete all fields in the **"Account Details".** Please be conscious of the password requirements highlighted in the below Image.

Setting your preferred language will ensure the portal and emails are always in your desired language.

Click **"Create".**

By default, E-Mail will always be your MFA.

Tip - For maximum security, we always suggest using the Authenticator app.

Click **"Preferred MFA Method".**

Choose your preferred MFA Method and Click "**Continue**".

You will now be able to access the BGX Portal!
