Navigate to [https://app.thriveaccounts.com/](https://app.thriveaccounts.com/)

Click "Bank"

Click "Bank Feed"

Select your bank account

Click Sync in the top right corner. This will bring through the transactions from the bank onto the system.

All pending transactions will now appear on this page. To post these individually, click on New Receipt.

The date, period and value will already be populated.

You can now just select the customer from the account dropdown.

This can be saved now, or you can allocate the receipt here against the relevant invoice.

Then click Create at the top right of the page and the receipt is saved onto the system against the customer account.

This works the same way for payments. Select new payment and choose the supplier account to link the payment too.

To Link a batch of receipts or payments to the bank transaction, click on Link alongside the transaction.

All unallocated receipts and payments will appear in this list. They can be ticked off to make up the total of the transaction.

When the remaining balance is cleared, click Link at the bottom and all the transactions are now linked.
