Hyggio

Each time you want to conduct a monitoring visit at Hyggio, you must receive an invitation from the site. As a clinical trial monitor, you can verify the data entered into the Hyggio system by study team members both on-site and remotely. You are authorized to view the content of completed and closed visits.

Go to the "Trial" icon in upper left corner.

To enter the study and start verifying data, click on the study name.

You are on the Trial desktop. On the right-hand side, you will find a summary of the most important information about this study, while the left-hand side menu contains all the relevant tabs.

"Patients" - you will see a list of patients assigned to the study.

"Team" - here you will see all team members along with information about their blindness and role in the team, as well as their responsibilities, if defined.

"Files" - you will get access to files that have been uploaded by the team.

You can view files. Click on three dots next to selected file.

Select "Preview" to see the file or "Action history" to check who added the file and when.

"Equipment" - you will be able to verify the equipment and the validity of its certificates. Click on three dots next to selected equipment.

Select "Certificates".

You can see the status and expiry date, click again on three dots on the right.

Select "Preview" to see certificate or "Action History" to check who added certificate and when.

"Monitoring visits" - here you will find a list of all monitoring visits, both on-site and remote.

"Queries" - you will see a list of created queries and their current status.
