Batch Check In

This guide provides a straightforward process for efficiently batch checking in assets, streamlining asset management tasks.

Click "Assets"

Click "Batch Check In"

Click "Location", then search and select your campus/department from the list

Ensure the “Unassign when checking in?” option is toggled On. If this setting is not enabled, the assets will remain tied to the user and must be manually unassigned in the user’s profile.

Toggle "On" the option to "Unassing when checking in?" option.

Click the "Device asset tag / serial number" field.

Type the asset tag and click "Enter"

A confirmation message will display once the asset is checked in. The asset will also appear under Check-In History.

Repeat this process for each asset until all assets have been checked in.

As you continue checking in assets, each transaction is automatically logged and displayed in "Check-in history" section for tracking and auditing purposes.
