Turning off Allow Guests to Check Out from Phone

After your event is over and you are ready to process credit cards, turn off the setting for bidders to check out from their phones, which could cause a duplicate charge. To do this, navigate to Software Settings

Change Guests can checkout from phone to "no".

Click "Unpaid Checkouts"

use the checkbox to select your bidders after showing ALL entries. You will also want to ensure that your "Batch Process as" is set to Credit Card!

Click on the blue batch process button to process payment for the guests selected!

You can view a list of your previous Batch Processed transactions under the Previous Batch Results tab. You will see these transactions broken down into the date, the total number of transactions being ran, as well as which were successful and unsucessful.
- Batch Processing can take up to 20 minutes to charge all cards, depending on the volume of bidders. - If a bidder remains in the Unpaid Checkouts tab after 20 minutes, this means that the card on file was declined. You'll need to reach out to your bidder to update their payment method.
