Book a physical museum pass through LibCal

Navigate to <https://ccls.libcal.com/>

Scroll down until you see the Museum Pass Program logo. Click on the "Go to Tickets & Passes" button.

The page of available institutions will open. Find the museum or garden you'd like to visit and click on "Book Now"

Select a library location from the dropdown menu. You can only view availability for physical passes for one library location at a time. Please note, physical passes must be picked up from and returned to the owning library.

Select the date you would like to visit from the calendar. Available, unavailable, and closed dates are specific to the venue and the library location you have selected.

Alternately, you can take a look at which passes are available on a given day. Select "Browse By Date"

Click the "Show Physical Pass Availability" field and select a library location from the dropdown menu. You can only browse physical passes for one location at a time. Next, select "Go To Date"

"Go To Date" will open a drop down calendar. Use the calendar to select the date you'd like to view.

Passes available on that date will populate. Determine the venue you'd like to visit and select either "Book Digital Pass Now" or "Book Physical Pass Now."

Whether you're browsing by venue or by date, once you've selected a pass to reserve, you will be prompted to log in. In the "barcode" field type **your library card number** and in the PIN field type **your library card PIN**. Click "Login"\ \ Don't have a PIN yet? Verify the prefilled fields are correct. Complete the additional required fields. Required fields are determined by the library that owns the pass you have selected.

Review the "Terms & Conditions" for the venue you have selected.

If all is satisfactory, click the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions of this booking." box and then click "Submit my Booking"

You'll reach a confirmation screen verifying the venue and date for the pass you have reserved and the library where you will pick it up, as well as the email address where your reservation confirmation email will be sent. \ \ From here you have the option to go back and make another booking. **If you're finished, please click "Logout."**
