Click the **menu button (three horizontal lines)** in the top-right corner of your browser.

Select **Settings**.

In the left-hand menu, click on **[[Privacy & Security]]** to access cookie and data preferences.

Scroll down to the **Cookies and Site Data** section and click **Manage Exceptions…**

In the pop-up window, paste the domain you copied from **Part 1: Locating Your Outlook URL** into the field provided and click **Allow**. Also add the domain [outlook.com](https://outlook.com).

Click **Save Changes** to apply the settings.
