Build New Itinerary

Navigate to your SKRE web account.

Start by clicking on the Schedule tile.

And then Build Itinerary

If you are on a team, you can drop down the showing agent and change to your team member.

Once in the initial build screen, start by selecting the date by clicking the calendar icon or typing in the date.

You can now create a title for your itinerary like 'Itinerary with (client's name)' - this is optional

You can also select the client from the drop down - this is optional

You can also select Virtual Showing here (arrow) and this is an optional feature. Once you've completed the form, click Start Building.

Start loading in your listings one after another. The new structure allows agents to pull multiple listings in at once instead of having to go one-by-one. This functionality also works great with your MLS' MLS Cart, where available.

Type in the listing address and click the listing to add it.

Continue to search for each additional listing for your itinerary. Enter the address and click to add.

Once you have loaded in your listings, click the Add Listings button.

You can also add a stop through the build screen. Click Add a Stop.

In our new Add a Stop, you can create a title for the stop (optional)

Then select a time for the stop

And then the duration

The system also lets you put in a note. This is internal only and will be visible only to you as the showing agent.
You can put a real address in the address field as well. If you do and choose to optimize, the stop will be optimized. If you do not enter an address, the time for the appointment stays static and does not move with optimization.

Once you are done with the stop, click Add to Itinerary
Now let's add a stop with a real address

You can also add another stop. Let's add one with a real address.

Enter all fields you would like and then click Add to Itinerary. You can see here that we used a real address. Once we optimize, watch what happens with this for sale by owner property.
Now let's work with our listings. Our system now allows you to start with a manual process for time selection. Optimization is optional now and can be done on the back end of the process.

You will want to go through and select a time for each listing. Click Select a Time.

The drop downs for time, duration, and appointment type will open up.

Select the time and verify your duration and appointment type.

Once you have selected the fields here, click Save.

Now proceed with the time, duration, and appointment type for your other listings.
Let's edit a listing while building.

You can see here that our FSBO property is set for 9:30-10:00 and overlaps with another showing. We can easily edit our appointment by hitting the pencil icon on the far right.

Now change your details for this stop. When you edit an appointment, the time, duration, and appointment type will open up.

Once your appointment is changed, click Save Changes
As said before, optimization is now optional for itineraries. Let's optimize our showing schedule.

After Optimization - you can see that our lunch appointment without a real address did not move. However, our FSBO property has a real address and did move.

Once you are happy with your lineup, click Request All. This will send the requests over to the listing agents, co-listing agents, office staff, and/or clients (depending on the listing settings).
View and Edit Itinerary

On your schedule dashboard, click the itinerary/appointment block.

Now select your itinerary

You can see the list of appointments here. Click on View Details to view lockbox and showing instructions and agent information.

To edit the itinerary, click Edit on the top right

From here, you can edit appointment times or cancel appointments. Start by clicking the pencil icon on the right. You will then put in your new time, duration, or appointment type. Then hit save.

You can also add another listing(s) to your itinerary by searching for the property in the Search Listings box at the top of the page. Once you have the listing(s) you want, click add listings.

Select the listing, duration, and appointment type. Then hit save.

Once you are done with all of your changes, click Request All at the top.
Cancel Appointments

If you want to cancel an appointment on an itinerary, simply click the trash can icon.

Once you have deleted the listing, hit the Request All button at the top.
Email Itinerary
You can email your itinerary (minus add a stop internal notes) to your client or someone on your team.

From the schedule dashboard - click the Email button

You can search by agent or client via their name, email address, or phone number. You can also manually enter an email address.

Search for the agent or put in the email address. You will then see it populate. Then click send.

Once email is sent, a confirmation message will pop up.
