Bulk Messaging on Squeegee

In this tutorial you will see how to send bulk messages from the planner views and customer list on Squeegee.

Sending from the Work Planner

Click into the 'Work Planner'.

You can then either select the customers you would like to notify by clicking on the numbers down the side of the jobs and click the paper airplane icon in the top right action list if you need to send a custom message.

Or you can click the pink three dots and select 'SMS And Email Reminders (0 of X) Done' to send the Appointment reminder template message.\ You will then be able to select/deselect the customers you want to include in the reminder. There will be a yellow clock icon to indicate that they haven't been reminded or a green square to indicate the reminder has already been sent.

You will then see a confirmation message to show you the messages have been sent.

You can see the sent message by clicking into the job > then click the customer > and go to the messages tab.

Sending from the Multiplanner

Click into the 'Multiplanner'.

Click the pink three dots and select 'SMS And Email Reminders (0 of X) Done' and repeat the same process as the work planner messaging.

Or you can select individual jobs to send the message to using the paper airplane icon in the top right again.

Sending from the Customer List

Click into 'Customers'.

You can then simply click on the paper airplane icon to send a bulk message to ***all*** customers in the list, type the message as required and then 'Schedule' or 'Send' when you're ready.

Alternatively, you can be more specific with your message audience by using the search icon and then clicking the green paper airplane icon to only send to those specified in your search.

You will then need to confirm that you are happy to send a bulk message to the customers selected, type the required message and 'Schedule' or 'Send' the message.
