Bulk Modify Attributes

This guide explains how to use the Bulk Modify feature to make changes to attributes on Resources within Collections. To have access to this feature, a user must have Collection Moderator or Site Moderator Permissions added to their profile.

Log into the Platform.

*Open* the collection that you would like to perform the bulk modify function within. *Click* on the gears icon in settings.

Click "Bulk Modify"

*Click* on the button of the items you would like to modify: - **Modify Attributes:** modifies subject area, grade, and audience - **Modify Permissions:** modifies who has access to the object - **Modify Keywords:** modifies keywords on the object - **Modify Owner:** modifies the owner of the object

From the Modify Attributes modal, *select* **attributes to add** or **attributes to remove** by *clicking* on the corresponding button

The applicable modal will open. Make all desired changes and *click* **SAVE** to save your changes

The **Modify Attributes Modal** will list all attributes you *selected* to ADD and/or Remove. *Click* the blue **save** button.

*Acknowledge* the question by *clicking* **YES**. *Click* **NO** if you **DO NOT** want to *apply* attribute changes.
