Navigate to [https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/](https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/)

Click "Contacts"

Click the filter icon to create a filtered list of contacts to send Scopes of Appointment.

Choose from the various filters to create the list of recipients.

You'll be able to filter for contacts that do not have a Spark SOA on file using "Other Filters".

Click "Show contacts"

Click the paper airplane icon.

Click "Email SOA (bulk)".
