Bulk Split Payment with an option to Filter Invoice Type for Individual Tenants

Alert! - This is for a individual tenant

Log into the Admin Portal

Go to the "**Tenant Management" dropdown** under Administration

Click on "**Tenant**"

Choose the **tenant** & click on the **name**

Click on "**MULTI PAYMENT**" under "Finance" section

Put the amount under the **"How Much Did You Receive?**" field

Click on the **"All Invoice Type" dropdown** to select the type of invoice to filter upon

Then click on **"VIEW INVOICES TO BE CLOSED"**

You can see from the invoice it is a '**Rental Invoice**' marked with a rectangular snippet\ \ Click "NOTE: The data displayed above is a for preview purposes only.\ Actual payment will be recorded after submitting the form"

Tip! Remember, when 'Rental Invoices" type is selected while utilizing split payment it works these ways - - **Any outstanding RENTAL INVOICES will be considered & prioritized by the due date.** - **Any remaining amount after settling all due rental invoices will be credited to the TENANT CREDIT.**

Click on the "**All Invoice Type" dropdown** to select the '**Tenant Invoice**"

Click on "**VIEW INVOICES TO BE CLOSED**"

You can see from the invoice it is a '**Tenant Invoice**' marked with a rectangular snippet

Tip! When 'Tenant Invoice Type' is selected while utilizing split payment it works these ways-\ \# Any outstanding TENANT INVOICES (non rental) will be considered, and prioritized by due date.\ \# Any remaining amount after settling all due tenant invoices will be credited to the TENANT CREDIT.

You can click on "**Submit**" to record any payment whether it it rental or tenant type of invoice
