Please note: This feature is only available to you if your Association or MLS has opted to turn it on for their members.

Buyer Agent's Experience - Single Showing

Tap Schedule a Showing

Search for the listing you want to show

Select your client (optional)

Fill out date, time, duration, and showing type information. Click Schedule Now.

You will see a Buyer Agreement check box. Click the circle to agree.

Then click Continue.

You will get the standard success message at the end.

Buyer Agent's Experience - Itinerary

Tap on My Itineraries

Then the + symbol to build a new one

Select your client (optional)

Select the date and start time for your itinerary.

Select your starting location. Then hit Start Building.

Click Add Showing.

Search for and select the listing.

Provide the appointment type and duration. Then tap Add to Itinerary.

Go through the process again.

Provide appointment type and duration. Then hit Add to Itinerary.

Now tap Request Showings.

You will be presented with the Buyer Agreement Required box. Tap the button to continue.

Now tap Continue.

And finally, you will get a success message.

Listing Agent's Experience

From My Listings, select the listing you want to review appointment history for

Now tap Reports and then appointment history

Select the showing you want to view history for

You will see the buyer representation acknowledgement in the appointment history
