Buyer Representation Feature - iOS

Please note: This is only available to users whose Association or MLS choose to enable the feature.

Buyer's Agent Experience - Single Showing

Tap Schedule a Showing

Search for and select the property

Select the client, this is optional

Tap to select date and time for showing

Select showing duration and appointment type, then tap Schedule Now

Sign off on the buyer agreement checkbox. Continue button will not light up until you check the box.

To finalize showing request, hit Continue.

Buyer's Agent Experience - Itinerary

Start by tapping My Itineraries.

To build a new one, tap the + symbol

Select the client, this is optional

Select date and start time

Select starting location and then click Start Building

Put your first listing in by tapping Add Showing

Search for and select the property

Select the appointment type and duration, then click Add to Itinerary

Add another property

Search for and select the property

Select appointment type and duration, then tap Add to Itinerary

To add a stop (formally time break), tap Add Stop and fill out the duration and location of the stop

Once you are satisfied with your itinerary, click Request Showings

Sign off on the buyer agreement checkbox. Continue button will not light up until you check the box.

To finalize your showing, click Continue.

Listing Agent Experience

From the listings screen, select your listing and then tap on Reports. To view the history, tap on View Appointment History.

Tap on the showing to view the history

You can see here that the acknowledgement is on your listing's history
