CLUB MEMBERS: Submitting a Cheque Request

Navigate to <https://clubs.wusa.ca/>

Click this button to log-in to your account.

Click Search

Search for you Club, then Click Learn More

Click Join Club (If you havent already)

Click "Cheque Requests"

Click "New Cheque Request"

Review the cheque request process

Click "Start a Cheque Request"

Enter the name of who the cheque is payable to. It will autofill with your name.

Enter a short description of your reimbursement here.

If your event is linked to an approved event, Click "Yes". If not, leave it selected as "No"

Click "Lookup"

Find the linked event and select it.

Click "Continue to Expense Details"

Click "Add an Expense"

Enter a description of your purchase here

Enter the total price of the items/services listed on the receipt here

Click "Choose Files"

Attach all related receipts here

Click "Save Receipt Details"

You can edit or delete receipts after saving.

Check that all additional documents are provided for the listed items

Click "Continue to Cheque Pickup"

Select your preferred cheque pickup method

To pick up the cheque yourself, choose "In-Person Pick-up"

For someone else to pickup the cheque for you, choose "Authorized Pick-up"

Enter all required information here.

To have the cheque mailed to you, choose "Mailed Cheque"

Enter the required information here.

Click "Continue to Review"

Review your choice, then click "Submit"

Your cheque request has been submitted!

Back in the cheque request tab, you will be able to monitor the status of your cheque requests.
