On the left-hand side, click **AI Voice.**

Then click **Call Logs.**

For each call, you will see **Name, Call Flow, Outcome, Direction, and Date.**

Search for a specific contact using the **search bar.**

Using the drop down arrow, **filter by Agents.**

Using the drop down arrow, **filter by Outcome -** Answered, DNA, DNC, Booked a Meeting, Transferred, Voicemail, and Error.

Using the drop down arrow, **filter by Direction -** Inbound or Outbound.

Finally, using the calendar, **filter by Date Range.**
