Navigate to <https://connect.frankie.health/>and log in.

Your home page will show you details of upcoming sessions. To see all of your appointments click "Calendar".

Navigate to and click on the appointment you wish to cancel. This will open up a sidebar.

Click this icon.

Click "Delete".
Success! Your appointment is now cancelled. Please note that we do not automatically send a cancellation email to your client.
