Cancel a contract

This guide outlines the criteria and steps required to successfully cancel a contract, helping customers understand their obligations and navigate the process smoothly.

**Note:** Customers can only cancel a contract that is **not yet in effect**, or—if the contract is already effective—**all** of the following criteria must be met: - The cancellation request is made **within 10 days** of the purchase date. - No claim has been filed or is intended to be filed. - The contract is for a period of **11 days or more**.

Click "Open"

Scroll to the bottom of the contract page and select the **Cancel My Contract** button. Click here

An error message will appear prompting the customer to contact us if they attempt to cancel a contract under any of the following conditions: - The contract was purchased **more than 10 days ago**. - There is a **pending claim** on the contract.

A **confirmation window** will appear. Click **Close.**

The **cancelled** contract will appear under the **Expired** tab in the Contracts section.
