Canvassing on Squeegee

In this tutorial, you will see how canvassing works on Squeegee and feeds through to the main account.

Click into Canvassing > pink three dots > Add New Customer.

You can then enter the customer details including: - Name - Address - Email - Phone Number(s) - Source - Description

Once you have finished, click 'Save'.

This will then add the customer to the prospective list (once this has been added as a job to the main account, it will disappear off this account).

Canvassers can also add a note in the 'Notes and Activity' field to communicate jobs to be added if they are unable to add them themselves. If canvassers have 'Job Editor' permissions as well as 'Canvasser', then they will be able add the job on their own.

Back in the main account, if you have 'Customer Push Notifications' turned on in 'Profile', then you will receive an alert to let you know that a new customer has been canvassed.
