Catapult EMS Google/Android App Installation

The Catapult EMS application (once installed) can be configured to make an audible alert even if your phone is set to silent. To enable this feature: 1. Open the Settings app on your phone. 2. Choose Apps > Catapult EMS. 3. Toggle Show notifications on. 4. Toggle Catapult EMS alerts on.

Open the Play Store.

Click "Search" on the bottom of the application.

Type "Catapult EMS" in the search bar above and select "Install".

Once the app is finished downloading click 'Open"

Continue with Microsoft instead of entering your email and password on the initial login page.

You will receive a text message containing a passcode.

Enter the passcode and click "Verify" Only Click "Yes, this is my device" if you are the only user on that cellular device. Click "Yes, this is my device" Tap here.

If prompted to use Touch ID, choose OK. Next time you open Catapult EMS you won't have to retype your username and password.

When it asks permission to take pictures and record video, choose Allow. This lets you submit photos and video during incident reports and emergencies.

When it asks permission to access your device's location, choose Allow only while using the app. This reports your GPS location during incident reports and emergencies.
