Navigate to [Catapult EMS](https://www.catapultems.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F) main webpage.

Click "CONTINUE WITH MICROSOFT"

Click here. Login with your SCSOS e-mail and password

Only click "Send a passcode" if that number matches your DUO associated phone number. If that number does not match, contact the SCSOS IT department.

Click "Send a passcode"

You will receive a text message containing a passcode.

Enter the passcode and click "Verify" Once you get this window you have successfully logged authenticated via DUO.

Click on the top right-hand corner.

Click "Online Training Course"

To update your contact info ( ex. Mobile Phone #) click on Update Contact Info.
