The Catapult EMS application (once installed) can be configured to make an audible alert even if your phone is set to silent. To enable this feature: 1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone. 2. Choose Catapult EMS. 3. Choose Notifications. 4. Toggle Allow Notifications on. 5. Toggle Critical Alerts on

Open the app store on your iPhone.

Tap the Search Icon and Type "Catapult EMS" and select "Get". If prompted, enter Touch ID or Apple ID password.

After the app installs, Click "Open"

Click "Continue with Microsoft" instead of entering your email and password on the initial login page. Log in with your SCSOS e-mail and password. After signing in, you will be redirected to this page. Click "Send a passcode"

You will receive a text message containing a passcode.

Enter the passcode and click "Verify"

Congratulations you are logged in to Catapult EMS!!!
