Cerner Staff Manager Mobile App: Making Shift Swap Invitations

This guide offers a step-by-step process for efficiently making shift swap invitations in the Cerner Staff Manager app.

Once logged in into the app. The Calendar View opens by default. Select the date with your shift you want to swap.

This opens the *List View* with this date at the top.

Select **Swap.** This opens the *Shift Swap Invitee* *List*.

If you want, you can select the information icon beside a person to see how this\ swap would affect your schedule.

Select the check box beside one or more of the people you want to invite.

Select **Swap** in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Depending on your notification settings, you will receive a notification when the person you swapped with, approves the swap.

Depending on your notification settings, you will also receive a notification when there is manager approval.
