Change Password on UNV Platform

This guide provides a step-by-step process on how to change your password on the Unified Volunteering Platform.

Open your web browser and go to <https://app.unv.org> \ Log in with your user name and password.

Click on the profile icon at the top-right corner to open the menu

Click "Change Password"

Enter your new password in the "New Password" field. - **Note**: Ensure your new password is strong. A strong password typically includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

**Confirm the New Password** - Re-enter your new password in the "Confirm Password" field to ensure they match.

**Click "Submit"** - Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, click on the "Submit" button to save your changes.

Your password has now been successfully updated. Ensure that you remember your new password and keep it secure. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please contact support@unv.org

If you see this error message when trying to change your password it means you created your UVP account using the **Google** button (or another third-party provider). - In this case, your password is **managed by that provider, not UVP**. and You cannot change your password in UVP. - To update your password, go to your **Gmail account settings** and change it there. - You can always continue logging in to UVP using the same **Google button**.
