Tap the Menu Icon.

Tap 'Create or sign in'.

Enter your email and password, tap 'Sign In'

Tap 'My Subscriptions'

Tap 'Change frequency'.

Tap the drop-down to view your frequency options.

A checkmark will indicate which frequency option you currently have selected. Tap another frequency option to change your selection.

Tap 'Save' once you are happy with your selection.

A notification will alert you when your changes have successfully been updated!
