Change or Remove a Patient's Device

This guide helps healthcare providers quickly change or remove a patient’s device in the endo.digital Uploader. 01/01/2026

To change the patient's device type, open the patient page in endo.digital and click the blue "Upload device data" words on the top right corner.

When the Uploader automatically opens, check to ensure the patient name matches.

Click the grey "Change Devices" option.

To change the device, follow these steps: In the "Choose Devices" search bar, start typing in the name of the new device, for example, "Medtronic."

Check the box next to "Medtronic."

Click the blue "Done" button. The device is now changed.

If a device needs to be removed, follow these steps: Click the grey "Change Devices" link.

In the "Choose Devices" search bar, start typing in the name of the device that neds to be removed, for example, "Tandem."

Un-check the box next to "Tandem."

Click the blue "Done" button. The device is now removed.
