Changing Users to the Data Entry role in CLASS Data Collection Subscription

Click "Manage Organization"

Click "Subscriptions"

Click on your CLASS Data Collection subscription

Select the user that needs to enter an observation for someone other than themselves.

Under the Subscriptions heading in the user profile page select the pencil icon next to their role.

Once it is editable select the dropdown menu.

Click "Data Entry" to all this user to enter observations done by other observers.

Click here to save the change.

Click here to return to the subscriptions user page.

Here you can see their role in this subscription has changed.

To change the user back to their previous role (typically supervisor), select the user to view their user profile page.

Once again select the pencil icon.

Select the dropdown menu.

Click "Supervisor" to return the user to the supervisor role.
