Incidentiq

Select Incident IQ from your SSO dashboard. Click "Assets" from the menu options.

Click "Check In / Out"

Click the "Search for an asset using an asset tag or serial number" field and type the asset tag of the technology you wish to check out to a user and click "Look Up".

The technology will display under "Asset Found". Click on "Check Out To".

Type the name of the user.

Click on the user's name.

Click on "Check Asset Out to User".

The details of the checkout process just completed will appear under ‘History.’

Repeat the steps to proceed with additional Check-Outs.
