Go to [my.du.edu](https://my.du.edu) and use type "DU Success Hub" in the Search bar.

Click to open DU Success Hub in a new window.

Click the Virtual Drop In tab.

Click the Select Drop In Location field to see the options.

Select a location.

Note: If the department is not currently accepting drop-ins, you will see a notification on this screen with an Exit and Restart button.

If the location is accepting drop-ins, you can click the Next button to proceed.

Verify your DU ID and Name. Then click into the Drop In Topic (Select from drop down) field.

Select a topic.

Click the Next button.

Verify the appointment details, then click the Confirm and Check In button.

You will receive confirmation that you have been added to the virtual drop-in queue. Check your email for a Zoom link to join the meeting with your advisor. Click the Finish button when you are ready.
