Turn off Wifi if connection is bad or not connected. It is recommended that you use mobile data on your device (***please keep in mind your mobile data allowance, as charges could incur if you go over your allowance***) . Turning the device on and off can be helpful as well.
Chrome Version: Android Device

Click the **three dots** in the upper righthand corner.

Click on "**Settings**"

Select "**About Chrome**"

Information about the version will appear under the "Application version" section.
Chrome Update: Android

On your Android phone or tablet, Click the **Play Store** app.

At the top right, tap the **profile icon**.

Tap "**Manage apps & device**"

Click **"Updates available**," find **Chrome**

Next to Chrome, tap **Update**.
Safari Version: iOS Device

Click on your iPhone **Settings**.

Click "**General**".

Click "**About**"

Under the About menu, iOS Version will be displayed along with other info.
Safari Update: iOS Device
Tip! If your device has the latest iOS, you have the latest Safari.

Click on your iPhone **Settings**.

Go to "**General**"

Click on **Software Update**. If an update is available, red circle icon with a number will show.

Click "**Download and Install**"
Tip! You can turn on Automatic Updates under the Software Updates menu. When an update is available, the device downloads and installs the update overnight while it’s charging and connected to Wi-Fi.
