Enter your login information.

Click "Login"

The page defaults to be on the "Build Competitions". You should see a red border under the page name.

The academic year should default to the current year, but you can view competitions from previous years as well.

Click "Add Competition" to create your competition.

Enter in the competition name

Select the sport for the competition you are adding.

Click "Select the Competition Type", and choose the appropriate type from the dropdown. These options have changed since prior years. The type effects where the competition is used in the number of competitions a school has competed in, and also averages.

Click "Select a date" to choose the date for the competition.

The NAIA Competition defaults to being checked, which is a change from prior years. If you need to enter in scores for a non-NAIA competition, you can uncheck that box.

Click "Save" to add your competition to your list.

If you need to edit your competition, find it in your list and click that row.

Click "Edit Competition"

You'll have the same form as when you added the competition, but with the information prefilled. Change what is needed, then click save again.

Once you've built your competition, click on the row for that competition again to add schools to it.

After you've highlighted the correct row, go down on the page to the "My Competition Schools" section and click "Add School".

Click the School drop down to select the next school to add to your competition.

Click "Save"

If you need to edit school, click on it's row to highlight it.

Click "Edit School"

Change the school and click "Save".

If you need to remove a school, click on it's row to highlight it.

Click "Remove School"

Click "OK"

If you have your competition selected and the Edit and Cancel competition buttons are not available (they will be the lighter color as seen below), then you have entered scores for that competition. You'll need to reach out to the national office for any changes.
