Click "Login"

Click "Add Competition Routines/Scores"

Click the sport drop down and select 'Competitive Dance'

Click "Dance Scoring (2026-02-01 06:00:00Z - Regular Season)"

Click "Add Routine/Scores"

On Step 1 of the score entry process, click the "Select a school"

Click "AQUINAS COLLEGE"

Click "Load Roster". If there is no roster entered for that school, an error message will pop up. You will need to reach out that school to have them enter their roster so you can assign participation for this competition.

Click "Save and Continue >"

Click here to put in the Time of Routine. You can also enter any overtime.

Click "(ADD NEW DEDUCTION)"

Click "Select an item" to get the drop down to show the list of deductions. You can then type in a description of what occurred.

If you need to enter in a deduction for inappropriate number of athletes, you'll need to select the "Unsportsmanlike conduct" - that deduction is not currently in the system and will be corrected before next season.

Once you've entered in the deduction information, click the Save button at the end of the line. That will update the deduction calculations with the points for the type you chose.

You can continue to enter in additional deductions if needed. Once saved, they will be added to the deduction calculations.

If you need to remove a deduction, you can click the Delete button for that deduction.

The scores show first show the 80pt average of the sections you filled out. It is then converted to a 100pt scale. Deductions are subtracted. Then the final score is shown.
