Claim a Guest Permit Invite

You (the guest) should have received an invite email with an access key. Navigate to [https://stanford.aimsparking.com](https://stanford.aimsparking.com/)and click "Claim Permit Invite"

Enter the Access Key from the email invite and Click "Search".

Enter your contact information. Note: 'Last Name', 'Email', and 'Phone #' are required fields.

Click "Add Vehicle"

Enter your vehicle information and Click "Add".

Click "Complete guest permit invite"

Your transaction is complete. You should now see the Receipt page with transaction details.

## **How does a virtual permit work?** Instead of displaying a physical parking permit, the license plate is the virtual permit. The permit is claimed and valid on the specified start date once a guest enters the vehicle information and completes the transaction.
