Navigate to Classwize (It is recommended to bookmark the link) <https://classroom.us-1.familyzone.io/login/fFJdWsIm4J>

Click "Sign in with Google"

If prompted, click on your name to sign in with Google

Click on the class you would like to observe

Click "Start Class"

In this prompt, you will click the down arrow and select the time that your class period ends.

Click "Start"

The class tools button provides you options that will apply to every student in your class. The open site button will open up a specific site on each Chrome book. The announcement button will display a message to everyone screen. The focus button will prevent students from accessing other sites other than the one you specify. The pause internet will prevent the students from accessing the internet. Please refrain from using the "modify students" button as students are automatically enrolled and unenrolled via Google Classroom.

The previous step applied to the whole class at once. The button options on top of the students screen preview will apply only to the individual student.

To view an individuals full screen, click on the student's screen.

To take a screenshot of the student's screen, Click "Screenshot"

Click "Accept and download screenshot" to download the screenshot to your device.

If needed, you can click the "X" on the student's tab to close it out.

If you need to end the current class observation session early, you can click on the pencil.

Click "End Now" to end the current class observation.
